COVID-19 Update

The Scardella Law Firm LLC is a law firm guided by legal knowledge with human compassion. This is what sets us apart and makes our clients confident that they will not only get the best possible legal representation, but also the assurance that they’ll be treated with the utmost respect and care.

In light of the daily escalation in the seriousness of NJ’s efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and direction from the leaders of our state government and court officials, our physical office locations are closed until further notice. However, we remain open for business and are fully equipped to meet your needs while operating remotely.

Our clients are extremely important to us, and we will continue to be available to all existing and new clients via telephone and email. As usual, we continue to offer free telephone consultations for all new traffic, DWI/DUI, and criminal matters. We will also continue to accept electronic payments over the phone or via secure payment link.

This is obviously a fluid situation with a great deal of information coming in from different entities but for right now we are going to err on the side of caution, follow the Executive Order issued by Governor Murphy, as well as recommendations of the WHO and CDC as well as monitor and adjust our plans accordingly as the situation develops.

Stay safe and please call or email with any questions.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
